My other insurance company I thought was accommodating it seemed to have more fluff than personality. Every 6 months the price would go up with no real reason why. "Hands down some most polite insurance representatives I've spoken to in a long time. They have gone above and beyond to assist me every time I have spoken with them on the phone. They are in Loganville and I'm in Villa Rica but it's almost like they are down the street. They are very courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed to get switched from my previous carrier. The kindness gave me the security that I needed when I recently had to file a claim for a hit and run. The accident was tragic enough but when I spoke to a person they made my the intense anxiety I had somewhat diminish. I prefer talking to a person all day everyday and not the AI bots or the call center help because it is scripted and leaves you feeling like you are just another number in line.
