"The worst experience. My rep Elyse was barely there when I needed her, then whenever she contacted me it was to offer me whole life insurance or to remove something from my policy or to threaten me with underwriting to drop something or if my husband still lives in our home. Never to offer me any insurance advice or ideas to lower anything . I never felt like a customer rather like someone under suspicion constantly. Now that I’ve seen the photos on Google, I get it now. I bundled all of my insurance needs, renters for my business, homeowners and auto and years later my renters was dropped because for she was confused that it was a business renters insurance policy, years after my homeowners insurance was threatened to be dropped because they were suspicious about an old address that has nothing to do with my insurance. Horrible experience.🙄"

"Hands down some most polite insurance representatives I've spoken to in a long time. They have gone above and beyond to assist me every time I have spoken with them on the phone. They are in Loganville and I'm in Villa Rica but it's almost like they are down the street. They are very courteous and knowledgeable about what I needed to get switched from my previous carrier. The kindness gave me the security that I needed when I recently had to file a claim for a hit and run. The accident was tragic enough but when I spoke to a person they made my the intense anxiety I had somewhat diminish. I prefer talking to a person all day everyday and not the AI bots or the call center help because it is scripted and leaves you feeling like you are just another number in line.
